Promoters of this project, large scale real estate developers created a conglomerate of work spaces to let out. The common areas were seen as a reflection of the scale of space and catered to the quantum of foot falls to be accommodated. The choice of modern aesthetic was an extension of the the aspiration they wanted to project.
