A factory office building with a holistic design of workspace and production unit gave an opportunity to explore large spans with intersection of smaller scale spaces to create an interest in an otherwise plain brief. Upper floor of the front block was designated as office with a direct access to the work floor of the factory whereas the lower floor integrated physically with the machine and tooling rooms.
