Renovation of a prestigious landmark high rise on KG Marg Connaught Place centrally located in a heritage zone was a challenge. Rather than see it just as a surface treatment and renewal of finishing materials, the task of revamping all that is not visible was taken as a starting point. All services which were suffering were re engineered and arranged in an aesthetic manner within the available constraints. Arrival areas and circulation cores were renovated completely and all service lines tucked away from sight yet accessible for future maintenance and repair. Arrival atrium saw a completely modern transformation.
