A central theme of least environmental footprint was the starting point of the project. Under the umbrella of a well established hospitality brand an opportunity was created for bringing in a Modern interpretation of the contextual flavour. All materials were selected from immediate surroundings so as to completely reduce procurement effort. The flooring was created from the wastage of stone with zero cost.The added challenge was engineering a building originally designed as a mall into a hotel.
