A luxury villa located in the surroundings of a Golf Green was the shell handed over for interior architecture. a central courtyard with a pool held together the living spaces and rooms around it. A warm and inviting aesthetic was selected as an overall theme. This was a sample apartment for the development. The absence of a client gave a freedom for interpretation yet the challenge of creating something that would appeal to all was a large one that is inherent with creating a sample accommodation.
