A project of renovating a prime structure in the heart of Lutyen’s Delhi started out with a small area but progressed into a comprehensive revamp of services, interiors, as well as elements in the facade. An attempt to achieve a modern insert into a quasi colonial building included an acoustically engineered, full renovation of a 500 seats auditorium.
