An outlet on three floors with a clear distinction of men's, women's, and children all on different levels. In this outlet the circulation element was pushed back to the end of the space so that the centre could be freen fo pure retail display. The mother brand ICONIC, started with a format of three to four thousand square feet but it scaled up to a floor plate of almost 20000 square feet. Housing leading international and indigenous affordable brands is a custom designed retail space. Every area is custom designed and the brand housing spaces are laid out to suit the look and feel. A large diversity of products gave an opportunity to design a wide range of design elements and custom designed display furniture. The entire colour and material palette is inspired from shades of Grey and Black with a play of textures in the same range to express a strength of idea. Every detail is custom designed to give this large format store a unique and exclusive presence in the retail environment.
